I am passionate about helping people build their capacity to improve their lives. I believe that every person has a responsibility to contribute to making this world a better place. I am fascinated with how people learn and think, and what motivates them to make changes in their lives and how they interact with their environment. I have 16 years experience working in International Community development.

I am a highly perceptive strategic thinker, developed after 15 years cross-cultural experience and executive responsibility across a wide variety of community development sectors. I am comfortable working with people from different professions, cultures and education levels. I have excellent written communication skills, including publishing experience in the NGO sector, and years of experience distilling complex development concepts into language that suits different audiences (donors, stakeholders, my staff, general public).
